Great location, accessible by foot, bus and 3 minute away the metro station that connects you with main central station or city center. Also 15 min walk from Westfalenpark, great relaxing park.

We arrived quite late so we were greeted by the wonderful night manager. Very friendly and helpful guy. I wish all hotel staff were like him. The hotel bar is nice and it offers a nice varietyof drinks and food. Room is great for a night or two. Parking was indeed available and free. Nice supermarket next door.

The beds were really comfortable and the breakfast was broad and delicous. Also the cleaning service is really nice and i had no issues with noise from other guests. Also there's a grocery store 5m away from the hotel entrance

Overall Ibis interior design is pretty nice, the location is good. The staff is amazing, polite, helpful, attentive and supportive.

Everything was fine. The room was quite small, but there was everything we needed. We also had a breakfast at the hotel and my it was fine. Fresh waffles were the best. My son accidentally broke a dish and first he was sad, but the weitress was very kind, thank you for this

The guy that got us check in was absolutely amazing. He was so kind and when we came down to ask him about the public transport he took the time to help us figure out what we needed to buy. The room was small but cozy everything we needed for the 2 nights we stayed there.

Basic, but recently renewed hotel well located not far from the city centre. Good access to underground parking. Clean and practical. Efficient check-in and check-out procedures.

Staff were really helpful and friendly - check in was effortless and the night staff were excellent. The hotel was clean and tidy and in a great location - just 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre. Would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Dortmund.

Breakfast - a lot to choose from, fresh and yummy, cheese, salami, fruits, yoghurts, waffels, cereals... Room was quiet and clean, perfect. Staff friendly and helpful. A lot of underground parking spacer. Definitely will come back when in Dortmund!

Near to REWE and helpful staff. Rooms are very quiet, even though you are on the main road.
